My parents have recently bought themselves a very nice camper van and have plans to hit the road in 2009.
So I put together this personal blog so that all their family and friends can follow their adventures.
Note the choice of domain name. The mission here was not to come up with a site name which will be easily found in the search engines or good for SEO. Instead we picked a name that would be easy to remember, and easy to tell friends.
What we came up with is simply three 3-letter words combined, and slightly humorous - equals easy to remember and easy to type into a browser for direct access …
It’s a nice looking theme and ideally suited for a travel blog - the photos in the top right corner change randomly as you change pages.
WordPress is so simple to use that I’m sure my silver-surfer parents will master it in no time and all the tribe will be using RSS and Google Reader to follow their every word.
