Added Google Ads

Just blogging this site’s development. I’ve just added Google’s Adsense Ads to the right sidebar. Google scans the web page and then delivers relevant ads to the page content. If you click on any of those ads, Google pays me some pennies!!
Added Amazon Widget for Recommended Business Book Reading

Have just added an Amazon widget to highlight some of the business books that I have read and rated 5-star reads. I’ll try to remember to update this with more good books as I read and rate them.
